ONLYSTANS – MASTER TERMS OF USE

1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE

These Master Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding contract between you ("User") and "CrackedDevs" operated by Barrix Kiosk ("OnlyStans," "Company," "we," "our"). By creating an account, visiting https://onlystansstudio.xyz, or using any related application (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to all provisions below;
• Are at least eighteen (18) years old or otherwise of legal age in your jurisdiction; and
• Have the authority to enter these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.

If you do not or cannot accept every clause, discontinue use immediately.

2. Content Generation Guidelines

The Dashboard page highlights standout AI characters/influencers. Any character generated must follow the rules below:

• Zero Tolerance for Sexual Content – No nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive themes in bios, images, avatars, dialogue, or behaviour.
• Respectful Conduct – Content must stay free of harassment, hate, violence, or references to self-harm.
• Truth & Brand Integrity – No deceptive claims; brand-related content must remain consistent.
• General-Audience Friendly – Imagery and text must be high-resolution, polished, and suitable for newcomers of any age.
• Ongoing Moderation – OnlyStans may review, edit, or delist any character at any time. Suspected violations can be reported to agentanora@gmail.com.

3. PRIVACY NOTICE

3.1 Data We Gather

• Direct Data – e-mail addresses, x.com authentication signatures, users age verification, user preferences, character input prompts
• Automated Signals – cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage metrics.
• Future Features – If we add video-based influencer tools, we will describe any new data collection in an updated notice.

3.2 How We Use It

To run, secure, personalise, and market the Service, and to analyse performance.

3.3 Sharing & Disclosure

We may share data with (i) service providers and investors bound by confidentiality, or (ii) authorities where law demands.

3.4 Safeguards & Breaches

We rely on secure hosting, encryption, and periodic audits. If a breach affecting personal data is confirmed, we will alert impacted Users via e-mail.

3.5 Your Choices

3.6 Cross-Border Transfers

Where data leaves its country of origin, we apply lawful transfer mechanisms.

4. TAKEDOWN POLICY

4.1 Purpose & Scope

We remove or disable any content that is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise violates law, these Terms, or Mastercard Security Rules (including material that facilitates trafficking or physical harm).

4.2 How to File a Request

Send an e-mail to agentanora@gmail.com with: (a) URL or exact location, (b) reason for removal, (c) evidence, and (d) contact details.

4.3 Review Timeline

• Clear Violations – Removed immediately or within seven (14) business days.
• Complex Cases – We will keep the requester informed until resolution.
• All requests and outcomes are logged for compliance audits.

4.4 Appeals

The uploader or depicted person may appeal by e-mail; a neutral reviewer may be appointed if facts are disputed.

4.5 Policy Evolution

We may update this process as laws or industry standards change.

5. PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE

5.1 Accounts & Eligibility

You must (i) be at least 18, and (ii) provide accurate information. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activities under your account.

5.2 What the Service Does

OnlyStans lets you build AI characters/influencers ("Characters"), and post to social media platforms along with downloading the generated content.

5.3 No-NSFW Standard (Applies Platform-Wide)

Explicit or suggestive adult content of any form is forbidden. We may remove or edit prohibited material and may suspend or terminate offending accounts.

5.4 Your Content & IP

• Ownership – You own the text, images, or other materials you submit ("User Content").
• Licence to Us – You grant OnlyStans a global, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote your User Content in connection with the Service.
• AI Outputs – You may use generated outputs commercially, but the underlying technology remains our or our licensors' intellectual property.
• Third-Party Rights – You must not infringe anyone else's rights.

5.5 Prohibited Conduct

No illegal activity, IP infringement, malicious code, harassment, or attempts to bypass security. OnlyStans may suspend or terminate violators.

5.6 Fees & Payments

• Users can buy credits, and we retain the right to deduct credits for services obtained by the user (such as creating the character, generating content, etc.)
• All payments are final unless legally required otherwise.
• Referral Rewards. We may offer referral payouts. We can request KYC verification; fraud or chargebacks void associated payouts and may be offset against future earnings.

5.7 Duration & Termination

These Terms remain effective until either party ends them. You may close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or at our discretion. Upon termination you may request a copy of your User Content; we are not obliged to store it beyond legal requirements.

5.8 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5.9 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) US $50 or (ii) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event.

5.10 Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify OnlyStans and its affiliates against any claim arising from your (i) use of the Service, (ii) User Content, or (iii) breach of these Terms.

5.11 Changes to These Terms or the Service

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by e-mail. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

5.12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Class-action and jury-trial waivers apply.

5.13 Miscellaneous

• Severability – If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• Assignment – We may assign our rights; you may not transfer yours without consent.
• Force Majeure – We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire Agreement – These Terms (including the Privacy Notice, Discovery Guidelines, and Takedown Policy) constitute the full agreement between you and OnlyStans.
